This clinic is for residents of Douglas and Sarpy County who are seeking set asides or record sealings for Douglas and Sarpy County cases

Pre-registration is required. After registering, you will be contacted to confirm eligibility and you will be assigned an appointment time during clinic hours.

Registration opens Monday, January 9, 2023
The deadline for registration is Monday, February 5, 2023 or until capacity is reached.
About the Event
Is an old criminal charge or conviction getting in the way of you finding housing, the job you want, public benefits or an education? Setting aside your conviction or sealing a dismissed criminal record may help!
You may be eligible for a set aside if you were: convicted of a crime; sentenced to jail for one year or less; sentenced to probation or were ordered to pay a fine; you successfully completed your sentence; and you have not committed any crimes for the last 2 years.
Each participant will be limited to four cases.
