Is an old criminal charge or conviction getting in the way of you finding housing, the job you want, public benefits or an education? Setting aside your conviction or sealing a dismissed criminal record may help!

You are eligible for a set aside if you were: convicted of a crime and sentenced to probation, community service, and/or a fine, you successfully completed your sentence, and you have not committed any crimes for at least 2 years. You are eligible to get your criminal case sealed if the criminal charge against you was dismissed or you were acquitted of the crime.

Pre-registration is required.
