Are you a Lancaster County resident?
The ACLU of Nebraska, along with OutNebraska, Legal Aid of Nebraska, PFLAG Lincoln, the Lincoln Commission on Human Rights, and the LGBTQA+ Center at UNL are providing a free legal name change clinic for LGBTQ residents of Lancaster County.
When: August 31, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm.
Where: The Bennett Martin Public library (136 S. 14th Street)
About the Event
A free legal clinic for LGBTQIA2S+ adults and allies residing in Douglas County will be held to assist with the name change legal process. During the clinic, you will meet one-on-one with an attorney and complete name change paperwork.
You must be at least 19 years old to register.
The maximum capacity for this clinic is 60 people. Register now to secure your spot! Registration for the clinic is required by August 22, but may end sooner if capacity is reached.
