Current and Upcoming Research Opportunities

1)     Client Satisfaction Surveys: data collection to begin in mid-January, 2014 (help needed with follow-up phone calls to get surveys completed)

2)     Program Evaluation: ongoing design of methods to evaluate effectiveness of LAN services, with particular interested in collecting and analyzing both legal and social outcomes (to be done using the results of client satisfaction questionnaires, extracting outcome categories from case closing memos in LAN’s case management system, and looking up case outcomes in JUSTICE).

3)     Tracking the effectiveness of LAN projects.
