Legal Aid of Nebraska (LAN) is dedicated to making equal justice happen by providing a range of legal assistance to those living in poverty across the State.  Divorce, custody, protection orders, simple wills, landlord/tenant issues, bankruptcy/debtor issues, public education, and assistance with public benefit denials or reductions are among our substantive areas of practice.

While much of LAN’s work is handled by LAN attorneys and support staff in its seven offices located across Nebraska, a significant and integral component is the willingness of the private bar to use its talent and resources to help Nebraska’s low income individuals, seniors and families.

If you are an attorney licensed to practice law in Nebraska who wants to help those with the greatest need for your skills and talent, we would love to talk to you about how you can volunteer with Legal Aid of Nebraska.  Please email Christine Stolarskyj at cstolarskyj {at} legalaidofnebraska {dot} org.
